Senior manager either not experienced or unprofessional. Not ready to take accountability and responsibility. Front office staff Arjun and others are really good and supportive. House keeping staffs needs more and more training and behavioural course. Very poor cleaning and housekeeping

Lovely property and great staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

No wifi, very poor network, no tv , running properly, Room size are small as per the price ,

The room was good and spacious.

The room floor was little bit sticky and the receptionist has taken 200 extra as a commission payment apart from the 1394 payment.

Hotel is at a good location. Commute to nearby places is very easy.

More cleanliness is required as there were some mosquitoes in my room which disturbed the sleep.

Room was very comfortable but can accomodate only 2 ppl comfortably. Very neat and cleanly maintained. Absolute Value for Money. Will try again and recommend to others as well.

Good property reasonable for money

Lift : when u are at lift it suddenly stopped working and there is quite a problem with network inside the lift hence we could not call the reception, I would suggest to keep a emergency phone inside the lift for emergency purpose

Everything was mediocre and below average for that price.

Very small room for that price, even in Koramangala, Bangalore. Room sizes and names like Deluxe and superior queen are not at all relevant. All rooms are just small and they get smaller as you go. I had to call the hotel multiple times even after partially paying the bill, just for confirmation of my stay. . First someone asked me to pay a partial fee, then said my booking is not confirmed, then said it is confirmed, after that another person asked me to make partial payment again, and so on for 3 days. I was fed up so I ended up going to the hotel because of all the confusing communication from their side. The whole hotel had only one place for water in a single floor. And no water bottles provided in that hefty price. When confronted about the same, the guy at the reception started to take rudely and told me to leave if I didn't like the way they did things.

Room was decent.

Service was worst. Check in time was 2pm but the room got ready only after that. Had to wait for more than half an hour to check in. There was no window curtain in the room. Had to make multiple calls to fix it. Asked for an extra bed sheet and they declined.

Breakfast was not included, but location was nice & staff was good

We had a late check-in at 8pm and they still did not have the room cleaned when we reached and we'd to wait for 20 mins to check-in! Apart from that, the next day when we headed out we asked thme to clean the room and to our disappointment when we reached late in the night our room was exactly how we left it in the morning !

New hotel with Specious room, bathroom is very big.

People need a bit of training.

Building is new

Not maintained well, service is very poor, Bed spreads & blankets are dirty with stains. Had to wait long to get replacement & even after several calls no proper response from the room service.

Extremely noisy hotel, I did not sleep 1 night out of my 4 night stay. Most of the clients, young people, book a room to party, smoke, drink... people go crazy all night on reservations of a few hours. Housekeeping is doneimmediately afterwards for the next pass. I changed rooms and floors after my 3rd night, the manager assured me that I would have peace, but the night again was hell.I had paid in advance for 5 nights, the hotel specifies that it is a non-smoking place but most of the partygoers smoke, I informed the manager who royally does not care because he replies that it is business....In addition, the hotel is located on a highway where noisy traffic is constant day and night.

room was not cleaned until I ask to clean multiple times and mosquitos were there, fan was noisy

Staffs were not at all professionals, the service was very pathetic by the staff and even we came late from the schedule time and still made us wait

Was expecting complementary breakfast, atleast water every day in the table, no table chair in the room.

It's really a very nice and comfortable hotel for couples with all facility and the staff also is very good and well maintained cleanliness thanks for all of u guyz
